Limassol in Cyprus stands out as a leader in property values and rental yields. The average price of three-bedroom housing in this resort town is 550,000 euros. Annual rental yields are 7.8% for studio apartments and 10.4% for one- and two-bedroom apartments, according to analysis by Zyprus Property Group based on data from the Central Bank of Cyprus.
The rise in property prices in Limassol was stimulated by the arrival of Russian and Ukrainian companies fleeing military conflicts, as well as the active participation of Israeli investors, which led to increased prices and rents.
The most affordable deals in Cyprus can be found in Famagusta, where one-bedroom apartments cost an average of €90,000 and an average annual rental yield of 6.66%, just behind Limassol.
