Therefore, Atlas Property has developed a series of tours to introduce the resort property market. The tours are compiled using our many years of experience and acquired knowledge in such a way as to fit into one tour the maximum number of answers to your questions. So that you can see and feel with your own eyes all the emotions for which this property is purchased. Other companies offer the real estate that is profitable to sell to them! But we suggest looking at the entire market, its most interesting and liquid projects. And already choose what you really need!

Our trip calendar:

Consultation with a manager by phone or Zoom

Consultation with your personal manager before going on tour. During this conversation, we suggest focusing not only on discussing your goals and expectations for the upcoming trip, but also discussing your preferences and desires for the property you are planning to purchase. It is important for us to know what exactly interests you in order to create the best and most suitable tour for you.

Day 1:

After arriving in the country, you check into comfortable accommodation and meet with your manager. We will conduct a brief analysis of various areas, study the local culture, cuisine, and also learn about hotel management strategies and investment plans from developers for the next 10 years. We will also discuss issues related to the legal support of the transaction, namely the legal aspects of purchasing real estate.

Day 2:

On this day we will start with a meeting at 9:00 and work until 18:00 with your manager. We will visit construction sites and offices of various developers. If we have the opportunity, we will also take a lunch break at a local café restaurant to continue the discussion.

Day 3:

Meeting with the manager again at 9:00, after which we will go to inspect various objects until 15:00. We will then break until 4:00 pm to discuss everything we saw. Here we will answer your questions and look at various options for purchasing real estate. We will end the evening together by visiting a restaurant or taking part in an excursion.

Day 4:

Meeting with the manager at 9:30, where we will sign contracts and make payment for the reservation. We will also provide you with advice on the contract of the property being purchased. Upon completion of all business, a festive dinner awaits us.

Day 5:

The last day of the trip provides rest and relaxation. You can immerse yourself in the tourist atmosphere by taking part in a general excursion or enjoying a private holiday.
