2. Agent network manager
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming agent requests and attracting new clients
Making outbound calls to agents
High-quality filling of the CRM-system
Timely notification of each agent about all possible new products of the company
Accompanying the process of signing an agreement with an agent
Be customer oriented
Analysis of the effectiveness of work with clients and proposal of measures to improve the effectiveness of cooperation

Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in sales or agency work
Knowledge of the local real estate market

3. Manager for the search for secondary real estate
Requirements for a candidate:
Knowledge of Russian and English
PC fluency
Having a driver’s license
Experience in real estate sales would be a big advantage
Main responsibilities:
Selection of ready-made objects for the formation of a database of secondary real estate objects
Communication with property owners
Collection and processing of information about the main developers, about the objects of the secondary market
Systematization and updating of information about current projects / previously placed objects (prices, photos and videos)
Organization of photo shoots of real estate objects
Accompanying and working with managers and clients on showings and selling real estate.
Processing requests for clients from managers to search and send real estate options.
Search for new partners/developers and obtaining up-to-date information on new and existing facilities.
